Holland and Barrett used to do empty size '000' gel caps - most small hippieish herbal shops (think those crappy Chinatown doctors etc) will also sell them, and they're available everywhere online; both gel and vegetable caps.

I've just realised I did actually have some nice ones originally as OP picture, then must've become distracted and found that picture.

I do like interesting colour combinations however, but don't like buying online as a rule due to the Royal Mail being gargantuan cunts.
