Things to remember (if you didn't already know/haven't already started)

1) Let the steak come up to room temperature before cooking.

2) Season it before cooking.

3) Let it rest when it's done cooking.

If it's thin then it'll only need, like, two seconds. Try not to overdo it!

Chips are in the oven, steak is sitting on the side having been rubbed in a little olive oil and rosemary.

I think I overdid it slightly, but it's still good and pink in the middle and rather juicy and delicious. I feel like more of a man now.

OP here, that was delicious. I will have to try it again sometime. My belly is rather full of meat now ^_^.
