Value ketchup
Hellmann's light mayo
Honey and Mustard dressing
Dave's Insanity (though I use that as an ingredient to spice things up rather than as an actual condiment.)

That's about it. The ketchup hasn't been touched in ages and neither has the dressing, the mayo gets used in sandwiches occasionally. I'm generally not a big fan of condiments, but if its called for I'll mix my own.

I recently bought some liquid smoke, and I'm quite happy with it. Dijon mustard is still the king, though.

Apart from that:

Tiptree barbecue sauce
Sriracha with extra garlic
Tabasco
Ketchup
3 different "Pain is Good" hot sauces
Chutneys - Tomato & Onion, Apple & Walnut, Caramelised Onion
Wholegrain mustard
Thai sweet chilli sauce
Deluis Fils mayonnaise - shits on Hellmann's

Develey hot mustard, Maille dijon mustard, Händlmeiers sweet mustard, flying goose sriracha and some wannabe- tabasco sauce that I never use.
What's really good with cheese is fig mustards (and others with fruits), but they're pretty expensive.

Worce
stershi
sherie

or whatever source. I'm too pissed to think about it. Maybe that's included in 'The usual sauces' mentioned by OP, but I suck and I only tried it a few weeks ago and now I put that on everything. Fuck yeah.

I have a serious problem with tobasco. I used to but it on everything. Everything - I threw out my last bottle when I found myself looking at a strawberry muller rice, hotsauce in hand.

I had a proper little giggle at that image, followed by an irresistible urge to try this myself. Must buy some muller rice.

I quite like Encona Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce.
I also make my own approximation of sweet chilli sauce by adding chilli and ginger to some of the crabapple jelly in the autumn. I would recommend it.

this.
it may sound gross, but it's absolutely delicious.
it's especially good with a pack of smokey bacon crisps and two slices of white bread. nomnomnom.
what it is, is diced up mango in a mix of pickle like herbs and spices. it has this delicious tangy, slightly fruity spicey flavour...

also, encona's original hot pepper sauce is delicious with almost everything, including the above.

I've never tried it, but I would consider using hot mango pickle, bolstered with chopped dried chilli, if I were feeling that the mango chutney were not manly enough.

I'm not sure how it compares in terms of heat (Pataks is never all that), but the mango has so much sugar in it. The lime is spicy and sour which is an amazing combination.
Fuck, my mouth is watering just thinking about it.

A true britishman, while he does not ever dislike Branston Pickle, knows that he can get superior pickles and chutneys from his local WI sale or farmers market.

Well yes of course, but there's something about just normal Branston pickle on good bread, with some nice butter and top-notch cheddar.

Happy times with a happy sandwich.
