If he isn't sacked soon something is seriously wrong with the balls of the people in charge of Liverpool.

Liverpool simply can't afford to get rid of Rafa. The papers are saying it'd cost £25m to buy him out of his current contract, and since they're already in a sell to buy position, looks like the waiter's in for 5 more years.

The Rafa has turned on the players now. How can this man be still in a job having turned Liverpool FC into a stable of shagged donkeys?

Do we think the Rafa will stick with his new plan tonight?

The plan that involves not running around to 'Yackety sax'?

Rafa need all points from all games. He's up against the Boys from B9 sunday. Arsenal, Spurs, ManU and Chelsea were all held to draws at St. Andrews, 3 of those games Birmingham came close to winning. Ngog had to dive to gain any points from the Anfield fixture against blues.

Poor rafa, it doesn't look good.

The new scurrilous rumour is that the whole thing was complete bollocks (probably true) made up by "a retired TV football person with an axe to grind." (probably not)

Liverpool have given the clearest indication yet that Rafael Benítez's six-year spell in charge is drawing to a close by offering their manager £3m to leave Anfield. It is believed the Spaniard, entitled to £16m if sacked this summer, has been offered the lesser sum to quit with immediate effect.

Kenny Dalglish has told Liverpool he is prepared to make a sensational return as manager as the previous incumbent, Rafael Benítez, agreed to become the new coach of Internazionale last night.

Oh, now this is going to be hilarious. It's going to be like Keegan/Newcastle all over again.

Please, please don't ruin the memories Kenny. When have shock returns to the top after a dignified exit ever worked? You need only look at Schumacher making a relative pig's ear of the F1 season, Keegan ploughing at Newcastle or dozens of other occasions.
Dont do it, Ken.

lol. The scousers adore him though. They're worse than the Geordies. For all neutral football fans everywhere, this will be the making of next season. I mean, he'll finish in the top ten, right? And you so know that they're mental enough to do it.

runs off laughing

Think it'll be enough to win the hearts and minds of the scousers round to the Hick/Gillete cause?
