I miss the days of game shows which take place in elaborate settings making every kid in the country wish they could explore there. Crystal Maze, Pat Sharp's Fun House, Jungle Run etc. I know Crystal Maze came back, but it feels more ironic and tongue in cheek than the original series. Also Ayoade is no Richard O'Brien.

Yeah. Ayoade is funny, but the taking the piss out of the entire premise has worn thin now and is just obnoxious.

Bring back Dirty Den hamming it up as Lord Boyarde or whatever.
