15319 Forum/subreddit moderators
What an absolute shower of pissflaps. Fuck me. I don't want to post screens or links because that's just internet drama that's not worth anyone's bother but I should have known better than to expect a 'named' board/forum to not be moderated by a gang of rat-fellating thundercunts.

OTOH, god forbid you from moderating something real, namely dealing with a somewhat popular subforum which has some value but is overrun by eejits and lamers.

Post the screens. Let the world know its heroes. At least we could share you pain or laugh at its vanity.

Post the screenshots, or we'll just have to assume that you got banned for comparing the mod's mother to Hitler or something.

I wasn't banned, just had some cunt deleting my posts, telling me that I was answering questions in a 'help' board which weren't 'appropriate to my specialism' (which he knew from my previous posts, apparently), despite the OPs in those threads being satisfied with my answers. The shitbird was so obsessed with his internet powers he didn't communicate with me by PM, he replied to a post I'd made days ago in a thread which had disappeared off the front page, presumably so he could have an excuse to ban me for foul language and violent sexual imagery when I replied.

Well, are you going to take this lying down?

Break out the proxies and throwaway emails and make more accounts. Keep letting them know how you feel.

Is it impossible to have more than one specialism or something? You should write a strongly worded letter to your MP.

Even in /101/, moaning about mods anywhere is just silly.

Is it a subreddit, or is it another type of forum?

If it's another type of forum, I may be able to help you.

Just a subreddit. And yeah I know it's just drama and mods are cunts pretty much anywhere you go, /101/ just seemed an appropriate place to gripe.

I hoped other browsers might make some entertaining posts also.

I have terrorised forums before. Usually when it becomes apparent that the mods have zero sense of humour. There's one place where I owned them so badly, over such a prolonged time, that now you can't register or view the forums without first emailing the admin. Bear in mind that the message board had about 20 posters tops, and new ones didn't wander past very often. Result.

I wasn't going to do anything that amusing though as I've got shit to do today. Was going to DdoS something a bit easier and more direct.

Avoid reddit anyway. Anywhere with an upvote post function is fucking pointless.

Oh...I see.

Watch_Dogs really pisses me off.

If you want a decent half-real hacking simulator, play Uplink.

Haha come on let's be honest, none of these games are even 'half-real'.

I would know, being an actual hacker and all.

Come on m8, throwing a bit of bash script around a heartbleed exploit you got off exploit-db doesn't really make you a hacker, even if you did make the news.

I'm so good at hacking I don't even know what 'bash' and 'exploit-db' mean. It's presumably entry-level stuff. These days I'm coding gooey interfaces using Visual Basic to track IP addresses.

It's a UNIX system. I know this.

"How computers work according to American TV prime time TV shows" is an endlessly entertaining subject.

House of Cards actually surprised me earlier this year. A couple of characters started talking about the deep web and I was ready for some quality bullshit, but the guy explained how TOR works totally accurately. He was also an obese bespectacled neckbeard, showing even more attention to detail on the producers' part.

I remember an MMO I used to play which attracted a large number of immature players. At one point a new member was given moderator status and later GM purely because he made 100 posts in under 24 hours (or so the rumors said). Drama inevitably ensued.

I have also been on the receiving end of an idiot mod/GM who I decided to argue with in a public chat, then after leaving the room (and arguement, I thought) they preceeded to private message me threateningly and saying "don't bother trying to reply, I've blocked you'.
