I haven't taken any drugs or gotten drunk this month. Yet. I'm getting less frequent with all that, so that's a good sign. I remain fairly apathetic about everything else in life however, so it's hard to maintain. I am lonely, but I am not yet at a point where I am sufficiently distressed by it to attempt to make new connections. We'll see.

I started doing the survey and I regret it. It asks those kinds of wide open questions that, frankly, I could write a short book as my response. I think I might just have to put a pin in it and come back to it in the morning if I still feel like ranting at the government about how poor mental health provision is.
