Are you saying you listen to Neil Cicierega while you work out? |

I listen to nightcore but the nature of the music has changed in recent years it has turned into over the top emotional stuff rather than the hyped up dance music I like. So it is probably harder to find 'good stuff' than it used to be. |

Somebody once told me they only ever listen to the soundtracks from Dreamworks movies when they work out. |

Eurobeat. Most of the songs are about driving, but it's non-stop high BPM action. |

I've found the Trentemøller remix of 'We Share Our Mother's Health' to be an ideal example of a running track. Counter-intuitively you don't want something that is consistently fast paced as you will be hanging out your hoop after the first minute but a song you can zone out with that has ebbs and flows. |

I tend to listen to soul or its cheesy 80s variant, i.e Luther Vandross, Chaka khan etc. I've been told it is massively 'gay', but there you go. |
