Apparently they will have to decide whether a hypothetical programme would be legal, because GCHQ will not actually tell the tribunal whether it exists or if so what it would entail. I predict the obvious outcome of GCHQ lying to downplay the programme to get their declaration that it's legal.

The Mask Of Shame never left. Some leftie acquaintance of mine added me to some anti-eviction group on Facebook, and a lot of people on it are the sorts to have the Anonymous insignia as their cover picture, and a photo of themselves in the mask as their profile pic. However, the fact that their full name, their job/education history, their friends, their likes, their photos are all easily viewable kind of ruins the idea of anonymity.

I met one of the twats who said he was 'with Anonymous' and going to this thing on Thursday. Said he was going to watch them through their windows with binoculars so they know how it feels. Then started going on about absorbing energy from the Sun through your eyes so you don't need to eat, and the Big Bang theory being rubbish because we can't possibly know what happened that long ago.
