My Email is being used to sign up for IndiaMART under the name Raghuvir Katare, who is trying to purchase a 'Mild Steel Online Batch Code Printer'. There's even notification of correspondence between multiple suppliers and this Raghuvir fellow.
This is an image of the item being traded. Doesn't look much like a printer - what's the probe for?

It seems to me as though someone is putting together a factory or workshop that they don't want to be seen sourcing materials for.
The probe is the printer head. It's for printing batch numbers or sell-by dates directly onto objects as they pass through a production line.
My best non-/boo/ guess would be that your e-mail address is a typo away from his. Second-best guess would be that he's trying to scam the seller and just made up a random e-mail address or harvested it from a leak.
