The most horrible one of these I've ever seen involved some girl who became constipated out of laziness and as a result her faeces calcified into rock and her anus started filling with maggots or something. And then she becomes obsessed with clearing the blockage and eventually takes a knife to herself and dies. And then the scene switches to some authority figures discussing this apparent epidemic of girls who kill themselves because their shit has hardened inside them.
