That's slightly more zinc than would be recommended, but it shouldn't cause you any real problems over the course of weeks or months. Lecithin and arginine are totally safe. I can't find good toxicology data on pygeum, but given the widespread use and the lack of reported adverse events it's probably reasonably safe.
No obvious interactions with sertraline. Incidentally, your dose is rather low - not a problem if it's working for you, but if you have any latent symptoms then I'd suggest trying at least 100mg.
