My standard go-to is:
50g of rinsed spinach (the iron in them is supposed to help increase vitamin c uptake)
Shot of lemon juice
Portion of orange juice
Small handful of frozen blueberries
3 garlic cloves
Chunk of ginger
Banana
Heaped tablespoon of live culture vegan yoghurt.
Slightly sour but delicious.
Today I added a kiwi fruit, a teaspoon of cayenne pepper because that's in some of the health drinks in the shop, an omega 3 oil capsule and a capsule of dried, mixed medicinal mushrooms. It tasted umami, slightly spicy and a bit weird but still fine.
>>6022 My standard is apple, carrot and ginger. Two or three apples, two or three carrots and as much ginger as you can stand. Once lived off it for a couple of months and got very thin/healthy.
You need to be very careful mixing fruit/veg as they really don't all go together and you will have the stinkiest wind imaginable
>>6025 Heat the pan to medium-high, pour in, lower heat or turn off completely if you're using a cast iron, fold in from the edges, add cheese and chopped scallions, fold over and flip.
It also takes a lot longer. It seems silly if you're not exercising much, but if you're involved in intensive physical activity every day, sometimes you just need to get in the calories and micronutrients without thinking about recipes or the washing up.
Also, it was good enough for Rocky. Or maybe that's why he lost in the first film, the daft bastard.
I knew a bloke that apparently ate raw sausages on his way to work, citing that he had no time to cook them. And, Rocky lost because he didn't eat enough raw eggs.
Tried substituting the orange juice for pineapple juice and it was utterly disgusting.
Added 20g of Maca powder and 20g of this overpriced bullshit but the result was too thick so added another 60ml of pineapple juice (with orange as the base liquid), that wasn't bad. The additional fibre makes the whole thing sit in the stomach more easily, less of a liquid sugar rush.
50g of rinsed spinach
Shot of lemon juice
Portion of orange juice
Small handful of frozen blueberries
3 garlic cloves
Chunk of ginger
Banana
Heaped tablespoon of live culture vegan yoghurt.
2tsp maca root
1tsp cayenne
1tsp turmeric
Pinch of black pepper (for the piperine)
400mg aniracetam
200mg l-theanine
200mg citocholine
1 cap omega3 oil (the nootropics need oil for uptake)
2g "Mushroom complex" (powdered Lions Mane, Reishi, Shitake, Chaga, Cordyceps & Maitake)
Diluted with a shot of energy drink or some other fruit juice if it's too thick.
Waiting for delivery of Amla, Tribulus Terrestris, Ashwagandha, Grape Seed Extract and Creatine (that last one just for a month cycle).
If that doesn't make me ill after a week I'll be getting in some Beta Alanine (for the cycle), Shilajit extract, Bacopa Monneri + Bacopa Monneri Extract, Psyllium husk, Spirulina and Chlorella.
The only contraindication I can see being an issue is there being too much vitamin C but if one of the NHSlads wants to tell me otherwise, I'm listening.
I love the idea of someone concocting this incredibly complex nutrition and supplement regimen while also eating nothing but Pot Noodles, exercising once every few weeks, and going to bed at 3:00 AM.
I'm poking fun, but this is the stuff that will only give you superpowers if you have the big things in place.
Hoi, fuck off the pair of you. Projecting bastards. A) I'm doing all sorts of sensible healthy things and B) These supplements are primarily brain health related, at least that's what I prioritised. Immune system and general well-being were distinct second.
The amount of dried stuff is too thick to blend properly so I added more energy drink as I was out of juice. It's still surprisingly palatable. The tribulus gives it a plasticy pollen flavour I'm not keen on but I'm far from gagging as I drink.
