Why are there so many vietnamese people in prison?

They have a deeply entrenched mafia going back to at least the Ottomans but probably much further to when humans first settled the country. They're also connected to the kinds or organised crime that get you knicked either because of the horrific nature of them or dumb shit like being pickpockets at train stations.

Apparently they're also an absolute menace to small business owners trying to work through Facebook marketplace or doing car cleaning.

It disproportionately discriminates against drug dealers and pimps. It's not the fault of Albanians that their leading export is crime.

This doesn't prove Albanians commit more crime, it could equally be used to argue they just get caught the most. Maybe they're just really bad at it.
