Could there be planets where brains are cheaper to make due to the materials available to evolution there and as a result there are many more intelligent species than on our planet???

Define/Explain 'cheaper to make'.

The most 4-5 common elements that make up all life on Earth or also the top 4-5 elements found in the universe.

There's nothing special or remarkable about this planet.

It's not the materials which make brains difficult to make.

Also if there were other intelligent species humans would kill them all.

There have been multiple species of human on earth at the same time before.

The level of intelligence found in humans only evolved because it happened to be beneficial for the specific environment we evolved in, evolution is not 'progressing' towards higher intelligence.

If there were a planet with multiple intelligence species, it would pretty much be by chance, not because of the materials available. Also as >>3512 said, one species would likely wipe out the other.

And by the same token, to return to the original question, there's no reason to assume that somewhere out there, a different set of circumstances haven't created something more intelligent than us.

What concerns me is the other threads you've previously started:

He made himself happy making horrible bulletins for a while, which you can see here: http://bulletins.iwantabro.com/

And then he killed Anontalk, saying it was in "hibernation" and will be coming back. He urged he AnT faithful to save their UIDs. A fortnight later he changed it to a very bitter rant about how it's "dead forever" and won't be coming back. Something like "It's too pure a concept to exist in this world of shit". Delicious. I feel happy that I was one of the chosen few who finally managed to troll it to death.
