In london you've got three types of areas;
a) Majority white middle class areas.
b) Majority white working class 'racist' areas.
c) Ghettos.

What would you prefer?

Aum? Ha!

Ahem. Greenwich is pretty and has much to commend it, being beside the river, having the ferry and foot-tunnel, and of course the splendid Greenwich park (and the delightful if doomed Arches pool). Of course, this comes at the price of huge traffic volumes - pollution down there in the Greenwich hollow is rather severe, and the traffic is pretty much constant.

If you can afford to live in Greenwich you'll probably like it. There's a great comedy club, good boozers, a small cinema and nice places to eat for all budgets. Don't live in Woolwich, Thamesmead or even Plumstead unless you happen to be a sickly pigeon addicted to grease.

Everywhere in London is full of Poles, the bollocks i've been reading on the BBC website about them going back in their droves is nonesense, a glance at the half dozen or so Polska Delis on every highstreet seems to confirm that. Still, aside from "takin' our jobs and women folk" they're pretty sound.

The Aussies are cunts, if you meet a nice one, they're probably Kiwi.

Take a touristic trip west, to Hounslow or Southall if you'd like to feel grateful the majority of your neighbours are atleast white.

Putney's alright, it's biggest fault (like most of west London) is being dull. Unless you're just looking to go for a pint (The Railway weatherspoons), you'll be catching alot of night buses back from north and east London.
