I read (most of) the link and still don't understand what it means. I'm guessing the earths polarity has finally shifted and we'll be seeing the end of days in a few years.

I think this is why my guitar tone sounded really good when I was practising earlier. The magnetic fields being aligned means my pickups were able to absorb more toan, instead of being disrupted by disordered, unharmonic magnetic interference.
