IMDB might have a list of everyone in history who has ever appeared on Top Gear, and you could go through the many thousands of people and see if you find her there, but really I would advise against this sort of parasocial obsessiveness. Vicky didn't start Top Gear until 1993 when they gave her a K-reg Corsa for her first review. Contrast that with Clarkson who for his first review in 1988 was given a Rolls Royce. Clearly sexism at work.
