We should throw a massive BBQ in a park and get loads of people from the site to come. The three of us can make out like a BBQ then mass suicide is very important to us, then after a few hours of grilled meat and increasingly warm alcohol they probably won't even want to top themselves. The weather's turning though, so we've probably only got about a month before this idea's completely out the window.

You could meet good potential gfs on there I reckon. I'm troubled, I find a troubled young woman, we meet to neck ourselves, but bond over our shared love of suicide. Then we realise life together would be better than death together. We could move in together. It'd be hard, her dealing with my mental health, me dealing with hers. But together we both overcome our demons, and become functional members of society. We get matching tattoos, mine covering the burn scars on my arm, her covering the cut marks on her thighs. We get married, with only two witnesses as neither of us have friends to invite due to our years of self imposed isolation. I think it's the basis for a very healthy and very successful relationship.

Speaking from experience, you don't want a relationship like that. I dated a lass for a while who was clinically depressed and on heavy meds to keep her from offing herself. She was a fucking nightmare, just entirely impossible to live with. I guess mental lasses are some lads' fetish, but you often can't grasp what you're getting yourself into until it's too late and you are stuck with somebody who'll tell you she came close to taking an overdose of her meds last night because you didn't answer the phone for an hour or two.

I can only speculate that it gets much worse when you've got two suicidal people dating each other.

As someone who has pulled on an inpatient ward, I second this advice.

Yeah, as much as I've joked about mental lasses and the kind of sex you can have with them over the years, you really don't want to be in this mess of a situation. But even then, when a lass says she's suicidal they rarely actually mean it, and it's just another method of attention seeking. If a bloke tells you he's going to off himself, there's a much more realistic chance he's going to actually do it.

Either way though there's nothing more downright awful than trying to make another person feel responsible for your death, or attempt at it, as it may be. As someone who has actually been through the suicide and aftermath of a close friend, and knows how traumatic it is, I can't forgive that behaviour. It's one of the few things that will make me burn a bridge with somebody- That person might need help but I'm not putting myself in that position.
