Exfoliating facial scrub with grainy bits, applied quickly at the end of a shower. Hugely improved skin tone, so much better than moisturiser. Largely marketed to ladies but invaluable to an ageing beardless male face.

Beard oil. Thought it was trendly bollocks, but it really does make my beard look better and fuller, and the skin underneath is better too.

Plastic microbeads are bad, but you can get grainy bits made from apricot stones or rice.
