>>42546 Seems a fairly popular opinion, it's quite basic but I guess I have those spunk-tinted specs on because this was the first stuff I encountered.
I'm curious about furlad and what he's into. I can find some other artists and have a look through to see if I can tempt some of youse others over to the dark side - at least it doesn't feel quite as depressing scrolling through furry porn when your missus is commenting on the ones she finds hot.
>>42549 I was really hoping someone would provide some more content of better quality. This is simply the stuff I remember wanking to way back when. I think part of the problem is that I don't like furry porn anymore.
I just went on /r/yiff and it seems like mostly the same kind of thing, maybe some softer brushes and less shiny/metallic sheens, but that's about it.
Furry porn is just far too diverse nowadays to really have only of these classic 'chan threads about it. I could recommend a few choice selections the average . gs lad might find palatable (the artist Os and their dedication to drawing cute nerdy girls with no bottoms on comes to mind) but I'll not venture as far as posting any.
In more broad strokes though I think a great amount of the appeal to furry porn is that, like hentai, it can portray things which are outright impossible in real life, or harmlessly portray things that are deeply taboo. As for me (The Real Slim Furrylad) my personal tastes involve a couple of very specific kink niches, and it's not so much about the visual quality of the art as it is the exploration of the concept and possibilities of those kinks.
It brings to mind the old received wisdom that men prefer visual stimulation, and women prefer mental stimulation. I'd disagree with that, because I'm firmly in the latter camp and I'm certainly a bloke, but I think that's basically the dynamic at play. It invites more imagination to the porn experience.
(Unless that means I'm actually trans, but I don't think it does. Besides, I don't believe trans people are really the other gender, because they don't believe I'm really a fox either, so fuck 'em.)
>>42551 It's all 60/40 kind of stuff when it comes to 'men/women prefer' as far as I'm concerned. Yes, I like fapping to porn, but also I've not had any sex that didn't involve dirty talk or other varieties of mental stimulation for several years now. I can't imagine a silent shag for example, even if she was stunning. Without a bit of depraved filth it's just not fun.
My lass did let on that she regretted getting the beige version of Rex and would have preferred the realistic, red and purple one, so at least I know I've got someone who's absolute filth willing to engage some messy fantasies.
I don't like the colour scheme. The way it's sort of... metallic, for want of a better word, makes it a bit hard for me to focus at what I'm actually looking at.
This furry stuff is doing nothing for me, mind. Is this supposed to be the tip top of furry porn?
>>42554 >Is this supposed to be the tip top of furry porn?
Stuff like that was considered good a long time ago.
Now there's a lot more talented artists doing this type of thing than 10-20 years ago, and the software is much better, and perhaps styles have changed too. Most furry porn now is nothing like that excessively shaded mess that makes them look like buff shiny barbie dolls.
Risking a ban I guess, but here's one - JUST ONE MODS THEN I'LL NEVER POST ANY AGAIN I PROMISE - example of what I would consider a good benchmark for modern furry porn styles.
I forgot this artist existed. Such familiar faces and vaginas, lol.
J Nalor comics are pretty good.
>>42549 >I have no objection to vanilla furry stuff.

When you say vanilla, do you mean softcore? I can see nothing here that's not vanilla furry, apart from some possibly light BDSM (a few chains, a lead, etc)

I call it 'concept porn' more about non-generic scenarios and worldbuilding. For better or worse it's really difficult to find anything worthwhile, although 'horror porn' seems to be a growing genre.
>>42564 >When you say vanilla, do you mean softcore?
Depends what you mean. I just know that nipples that look like plungers, the weird metallic sheen that others have mentioned, the lip-spreading of what looks like a sphincter, the unrealistic amount of fluid everywhere... none of it's a turn-on. Post some fuckin' Peaches and Cream instead or something.
No, when you cross a certain point of realism there's a very definite uncanny valley effect that makes it horrible instead of arousing. If they were to exist in real life, nature would have to take quite a few artistic liberties.
In that particular example the weird mutant stump of a tail kills it. One of the best parts of furries is having a tail to accentuate a nice arse and imagine using as a handle when you plough them but that's an abomination.
