A 1951 advertisement comic made by Disney in which Mickey Mouse sells amphetamines.

There's also a bit of casual racism thrown in for good measure.

This is actually a savage critique of the political situation in Africa, way ahead of its time. The medicine man represents Western imperialism and big pharmaceutical companies, who use people in the Third World for testing of experimental medicines and other exploitative practices, resulting in their low economic output and social breakdown. It is then made easier for the West to strip the continent of its natural resources, including diamonds, through immoral business practices that persist under the noses of the complicit heads of government. However, once humanitarian aid workers who distribute medicine fairly are able to make them aware of this crisis - the elephant in the room - the African people are able to reject corrupting influences and forge their own destiny.

Nah m8. The point of it is that all black people are lazy and corrupt, but with the shining light of capitalism and the free market they are able to work for an honest living and sell all their diamonds and resources to the west at a fair price.

>Fair price.
I laughed too heartily at that.
