6368 Not sure if /poof/ or /uhu/
I've got a pair of Adidas Gazelle Spezials which are a couple of years old. They're in great condition, but the orange suede has faded a fair amount. I'm thinking of re-dyeing them and touching up the suede myself.

There's a fairly vibrant market for people touching up classic Adidas trainers, and I've dyed denim plenty of times in the past, so I'm confident in giving it a go, but I just wanted to ask you pooves if you've any experience customising trainers, especially suede?

I'd already resigned myself to replacing them when I'm back in the UK later this year, so I don't particularly mind if it all goes tits up.

Also a general Adidas trainer thread, if anyone is into that.

I don't know anything about dyeing them - but Gazelles are my favourites and I have a few pairs, so definitely into that.
