Are either of you two hyped for the greatest NBA finals in years?

YES VERY MUCH

Although I think the Heat will be a little worn out after that Celtics semi.

They've been showing it a bit during the night lately. I tried watching it once, but even I have my limits and I eventually gave up.

Anyone following this year's playoffs?

It's strange how basketball suddenly exploded in popularity during the Jordan era but all the enthusiasm for the sport vanished almost as quickly as it came after he retired. It should be a more popular sport than it is; we have both the infrastructure for it and the 51st state culture that happily gobbles up American trends.

Funny you say this. I signed up to Twitch and was struggling to make use of it when I realised Limmy's stream consisted mostly of him being locked in a constant battle with his chat to see who can annoy the other the most.

What I did find instead is a channel for British Basketball, and I realised I quite like it: https://www.twitch.tv/britishbasketball

I also watched a bit of handball which is more popular in mainland Europe and enjoyed it. Where would you recommend starting if I wanted to follow the playoffs?

This is a good site for live streams of games but you definitely need to have an adblocker if you don't use one already. You can find other streaming sites if you just type in NBA streams on yandex (google censors its results).

If you want highlights/game analysis you can check out this youtube channel:

As an added bonus, Inside the NBA has hilarious moments
