Gentlemen. I hope this is in the right place, wasn't sure whether it went in /fat or not.

I'm looking to start a thread about rock climbing in general and maybe a possible meet for some climbing somewhere in the U.K. Have been sport climbing for a couple of years and want to get into trad as I've been told by several (older) gentlemen that "sport climbing. Isn't."

Anyway, what sort of grades do you climb and what are your views on different forms of climbing: sport, trad, ice, bouldering, etc.

Over the weekend me and 2 friends scrambled Tryfan then started Bristly Ridge but sadly I bottled it near the summit, going back when the weather is better but for now will be checking out some other casual scrambles/walks.
Editing the Tryfan video now but here's one of me wearing a GoPro doing Sinister Gully on Bristly.

Not long got into scrambling thanks to a guy who's posted videos here before. Never thought to try sport or traditional climbing and probably wont with having to shell out for more gear.

If you like beer, weed and guitar I'd be up for a possible meet.
